The Commercial Lines (CL) Practice Leader is the “face” of Commercial Lines in Hub’s Texas region and is critical to the company's success in sales, customer service, and marketing. As the CL Practice Leader, you are responsible for the strategic oversight of product offerings, implementation, new business development, account retention, and the successful mentoring and development of our CL staff. The role is also responsible for maintaining and growing our carrier and vendor relationships.
