- Own end-to-end commercial district performance across multiple states and districts within key market focus areas.
- Drive Alipay+ network QR and NFC adoption in focus areas, ensuring high merchant density, strong payment penetration, and operational hygiene standards.
- Monitor competitor activity, promotional strategies, and merchant acquisition approaches to identify shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Analyze local consumer behavior, tourism flows, spending patterns, and category trends to develop actionable district-level insights.
