URGENT Requirement - Contract or Interim Legal Counsel

Our Client, a leading hedge fund, is looking for an experienced commercial counsel to join the team in London.

This role will require an extensive knowledge set and will be on-site in the firm's West End offices. The position is on an interim or contract basis, with the potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of all commercial, data and technology contracts and negotiations
• Research Agreements
• Process improvement and legal technology implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ PQE as a commercial, technology and/or Data & AI counsel
• Demonstrable track record in a ranked commercial, technology, Data & IP or TMT practice
• Demonstrable track record in a Tier 1 Financial Services environment
