Our client is a well-known local broker in Halesowen, who are part of a larger group. They are looking for a new Commercial Account Handler to add to the team to ensure their clients always get the best advice possible.

Their growth and retention rates are fuelled by their people, so they want to look after you and make sure you can do what you do best – look after clients, this role is key to ensuring their team can carry on pushing forwards to win and retain more clients in the region.

As such, we are interested in talking to Account Handlers who are comfortable in dealing with a broad range of small and medium sized commercial clients.

You will be responsible for assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products and will be required to work closely with the account executives here, on larger cases....
