Responsibilities

+ Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projects

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

+ Frame walls, floors, roofs, and install doors and windows

+ Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinets, and other finish carpentry elements

+ Build and install blocking, backing, stairs, and miscellaneous framing

+ Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials accurately

+ Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
