Commercial Excellence in P&G Healthcare focuses on optimizing our go-to-market strategies and execution within the highly regulated and specialized healthcare environment, driving sustained growth by maximizing engagement with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

  • HCP Engagement Strategy & Optimization: Develop and refine strategies for effective engagement with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across various channels (e.g., medical detailing, digital engagement, virtual events). This includes segmenting HCPs, defining optimal call plans, and ensuring promotional content compliance and effectiveness.
