Actively work with and support the Regional Sales managers to reach their targets/ budgets through clear commercial processes, including facilitating pipeline processes with the sales team to help drive growth

Facilitate performance reviews with country/regional managers

Drive implementation & effective sales tools (CRM & Power BI) usage
