Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support subcontract tendering activities, including preparation of RFQs, issuance to bidders, and coordination of bid clarifications.
- Assist in technical and commercial bid evaluation with engineering and procurement teams.
- Prepare bid evaluation documents and support subcontract award process (LOA / Subcontract).
- Manage subcontract documentation, correspondence, and records.
- Support subcontract administration, including payment certification, variation evaluation, and commercial follow-up.
- Track subcontract progress and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Maintain subcontract registers and related documentation in the project document management system.
- Assist the Commercial Manager in general commercial tasks, including reporting, cost tracking, and contractual correspondence.
