Regional Commercial & Sales Leadership

• Own and deliver revenue targets and KPIs, setting sound targets, territory plans, pricing strategies, and incentive structures aligned with commercial KPIs.
• Build, lead, and coach a high‑performing regional sales organization, managing performance, forecasting, deal progression, and strengthening key customer relationships to build long‑term business.
• Ensure sales execution complies with local medicinal, ethical, and promotional regulations.
