Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for the UK operations within a privately owned, international tech-led manufacturing group.
• Drive sales growth, expand market share, and improve channel performance across trade distribution, trade retail and e-tail channels.
• Oversee business development in MRO, Industrial Supplies, Automotive Aftermarket, Agricultural and Engineering Supplies sectors.
• Collaborate with current MD during handover to gain insight into people, culture, customers, and growth strategies; assume full MD status over time.
