The Commercial Director (M&E) is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall commercial performance, governance, and risk management of Mint's Mechanical & Electrical project portfolio. Reporting directly to senior management, the role provides strategic commercial leadership across pre-contract, live projects, and close-out, ensuring disciplined cost control, strong cashflow, contractual compliance, and sustainable margin performance across the business.
