Department Overview:

The Commercial Credit Underwriter III role covers Commercial Borrowers that are primarily C&I customers with exposures in the $1-5MM space. The position is part of a team of underwriters that covers a geography that spans the TD footprint from Maine to Florida. Responsibilities primarily include the comprehensive underwriting of new money to prospective and existing clients and with some portfolio management tasks. While the team focuses mainly on C&I, there are occasions where we support the Investor CRE with new money in that space.
