LiveRamp is seeking a commercial contract attorney to join the Legal & Data Ethics team based in London.

The Commercial Counsel will report into the VP, Legal & Data Ethics, International.

The role will interface with business teams to negotiate and execute a wide range of commercial and strategic initiatives requiring creative and proactive legal guidance. A strong affinity for Ad‑tech and Data protection is key for this role.

In this role, the Commercial Counsel will support our business team and interact with internal teams, vendors, customers, and the overall industry.
