Overview
Radian is seeking a pragmatic, business-minded Commercial Counsel to support the company’s commercial growth through efficient and consistent contracting. This role is focused on sales enablement. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, customer contracts, and related agreements. The goal is simple: help the business move quickly while maintaining clear and consistent risk standards.
You will work closely with U.S.-based leadership and engage outside counsel when needed. The role is hands‑on and execution‑oriented, with an emphasis on responsiveness, clarity, and consistency across a high volume of agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Contracting and Sales Support
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, Statements of Work, vendor agreements, and software or SaaS licensing agreements
