Salary: From £35,000 (DOE)

Job Type

• Commercial property sales and acquisitions
• Drafting and negotiating leases and contracts
• Preparing and reviewing ancillary documents
• Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
• Supporting transactions from instruction through to completion

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE) or experienced fee earner
• Experience in commercial or residential conveyancing
• Keen interest in developing a career in commercial property
• Able to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
