Our Client is a successful National commercial lender looking to bring an experienced collector into the team to support the anticipated increase in distressed business customers given the economic conditions.  You will be part of a young, dynamic collections team looking to improve processes, systems and people, requiring a mindset open to change.  To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Possess a good 2-5years within an Australian business finance Lender (not accounts receivable) managing early to mid cycle collections and minimising complaints
• Demonstrate a solutions & service focused approach when dealing with customers, leaning in with empathy when a geniune hardship case arises
• Be a strong communicator both written & verbally, possessing a personable yet commercial approach
