This 24-month Commercial Banker Development Program is designed to develop highly skilled and knowledgeable commercial bankers capable of building and managing client relationships, evaluating credit risk, and driving business growth in the various UMB regions. Key Responsibilities include Developing professional skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience; Developing sales and cold calling skills; Attending business and networking events to build relationships; Assisting with market research and credit analysis for loan customers; Supporting the credit evaluation process, including financial statement analysis and loan structuring; Taking on special projects to enhance learning and contribute to business goals; and Other duties as assigned.
