Job Description
The Commercial Analytics Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Vice President of FP&A and senior leadership (sales, marketing, commercial teams), leading the company’s financial planning, performance analytics, and decision support functions. This role owns the RFP pricing analytics, quarterly forecast, annual budget, long-range plan, and executive reporting processes, while driving actionable insights that improve profitability, cash flow, and return on invested capital.

Acting as the analytical engine of the organization, this position translates complex financial and operational data into clear business intelligence to support executive, Board of Directors, and Private Equity stakeholders. The role combines financial leadership, advanced analytics, business intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to enable data-driven decision making and scalable growth.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of 2 rebate analysts.
