FPT is a wholly-owned business of Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Commercial Analyst at our Detroit, MI Corporate Office. This role offers hands-on exposure to the recycled metals and ferrous scrap markets, supporting pricing strategy, market analysis, and commercial decision-making across domestic and global steel supply chains.


Summary of Responsibilities:

+ Monitor and analyze ferrous scrap and steel market trends using industry sources (e.g., Argus, Fastmarkets)

+ Track domestic and export pricing and key industry benchmarks

+ Support pricing decisions by analyzing buy/sell data, spreads, and margins

+ Assist with customer quotes and supplier negotiations
