We are a boutique commercial insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to support our growth and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial book of business by working directly with producers and insurance companies on our commercial accounts, and upgrade processes and procedures to support growth.
• Rebuild and process the administrative side of the company, including review of renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, cross-selling, up-selling, and general inquiries via phone and email.
• Represent KASE Insurance at industry events and build relationships with insurance carriers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new producers and other associates.
