Job Description

A typical day would involve:


  • Monitoring daily system health dashboards including Splunk, Grafana and Control M for Digital Banking and core banking services

  • Reviewing and action Digital Banking tickets in ServiceNow following defined triage and documentation standards

  • Assisting with ticket updates, backlog management and ensuring proper categorization and assignment

  • Supporting Command Centre analysts with incident documentation including timelines, impact statements and communication updates

  • Monitoring recurring daily operational tasks across pre COB, COB and post COB activities

  • Escalating anomalies or trends observed in dashboards and participate in team discussions on potential monitoring gaps
