Job Description:
+ Assist individuals with disabilities in developing and enhancing life skills.
+ Provide support in community integration and participation.
+ Implement individualized plans to achieve personal goals.
+ Foster independence and inclusion within the community.
+ Offer short-term relief to caregivers of individuals with disabilities.
+ Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of individuals in the absence of their primary caregivers.
+ Engage in activities that promote socialization and recreation.



Salary is $17-$20 Per Hour
