Operate colour spectrophotometer using
SCI and SCE methods
and interpret colour data (LAB, ΔE).
Prepare clear and professional reports for customer review and internal documentation.
Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into formulation solutions.
Source and evaluate alternative raw materials based on cost, availability, and performance.
Operate
injection molding machines and extruders
to produce test samples and colour plaques.
Optimize processing parameters to ensure colour consistency and troubleshoot defects (e.g., streaking, degradation).
Maintain proper documentation of formulations, trials, and processing conditions.
