  • Lead and manage the Hartpury College Women’s Football Programme.

  • Create a high-performance, values-driven environment that promotes excellence on and off the pitch.

  • Drive recruitment of talented female footballers and support their athletic and personal development.

  • Collaborate on strategic planning, coaching, recruitment, performance objectives, and long-term development goals across the college and university women’s football programmes.

  • Develop a clear vision for the programme aligned with Hartpury Football’s mission to be the best environment for developing people and performance.

  • Foster a culture that provides an enriching, professional, and memorable experience for all players and staff.
