Actual salary between £19,800- £20,793* (based on a full-time equivalent of between £24,975– £26,228)

The Deaf Academy is recruiting for Learning Leaders to join our college team in supporting Deaf students in our college. This would suit someone with experience in adult social care or adult education background. This is a fantastic opportunity to change the lives of Deaf students while developing your own skills – the Academy delivers in house BSL qualifications during work hours, so you can learn on the job!

You will be supported and developed as part of a passionate, skilled team, who do their utmost to inspire and enable our young people to thrive.
