About The Job -


Responsible for managing delinquent and charged-off loan accounts by conducting collections activities, recommending solutions to restore accounts to current status, and handling repossessions, bankruptcies, insurance claims, estate claims, and legal recovery actions. Ensures compliance with investor, regulatory, and bank policies while administering loan extensions, charge-offs, collateral loss claims, and recovery efforts to minimize financial risk and maximize account resolution.

Hours -

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Essential Job Duties –


+ Recommend remedies to bring account to current status.

+ Handle collection calls and collection customers using established procedures. This includes following Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines for all stages of delinquent accounts including reporting.
