Team Lead, Collections

Location: Calgary Headquarters, Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Position: Full-time, Permanent, 1 opening.

Reports to: Manager, Accounting Corporate.

Job Responsibilities

• Review outstanding A/R (especially > 60 days) and follow-up internally within PBS and/or with customers
• Act as a back-up for Manager, Accounting – Corporate
• Manage collections team including reviewing daily deposit postings
• Handle Accounts Receivable (A/R) inquiries via phone calls and emails professionally
• Create and maintain relationships with internal teams and customers
• Engage within PBS organization to ensure all team members follow required processes
• Ad-Hoc projects
• Willingness to commit to an ongoing system of education and cross-training
