Insight Global is seeking a Collections Specialist for a growing financial services client. This individual will be responsible for early-stage collections on consumer loan accounts, engaging customers through outbound calls, securing payments, and maintaining accurate documentation. Day-to-Day:
Make outbound calls to customers with accounts 4–19 days past due
Handle 80–100 customer contacts daily/weekly
Collect payments on past-due consumer loan accounts
Process payments and assist with loan modifications
Accurately document all customer interactions
