Job Title: Collections Representative
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid after training)
Schedule: Full-time, set schedule (10 AM – 7 PM, Mon–Thurs; 8 AM – 5 PM Fri)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven Collections Representative with strong phone-based collections experience to join a fast-paced team. This role focuses on resolving accounts, negotiating payments, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments

+ Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on accounts

+ Manage daily account queues efficiently

+ Perform skip tracing and support repossession activities when needed

What We’re Looking For:

+ Required: Phone-based collections experience (auto, credit card, or mortgage)

+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills

+ Ability to navigate multiple systems with ease
