About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to lead our receivables and recovery function, ensuring timely collections, strong team performance, and improved cash flow efficiency.

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (MBA preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payment collections
• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues
• Monitor receivables, ageing, and overdue accounts
• Lead and guide the collection team for performance
• Coordinate with Sales & Accounts for reconciliation
• Conduct regular review meetings with internal teams
• Drive initiatives to improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue
