The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer‑facing experiences. We are looking for a Collections Manager to build out our in‑country processes and procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development of compliant and effective debt collections processes
• Manage requests and scope/implement system improvements to reduce manual overhead
• Own and manage the end‑to‑end debt collections process for retail credit portfolios
• Optimize in‑house and outsourced collection capability with best‑in‑class contact and cure rates, using the latest technology, analytics, and strategic payment programmes
• Document policies, processes, and procedures for debt collection and recoveries
• Develop, manage, and refine collection strategies to optimize recoveries
