This is a hybrid position, located in Fort Wayne, IN- initial training period is roughly 6 months, and will be in office.

What the day will look like:

+ Analyze and coordinate collection portfolio to meet collection and cancellation guidelines.

+ Provide expertise by reviewing, researching, and resolving accounts to bring final resolution
