Job Summary

Responsible for collection and monitoring of premium receivables and ensure immediate follow up and elevation of collection issues to meet approved credit term / credit term extension. Key Responsibilities:

Manage collection of premium receivables for assigned accounts, including generating reports, securing payments within approved credit terms, and obtaining valid payment commitments.

Identify and escalate potential or actual collection issues (e.g., past due accounts, BIR 2307 concerns) to appropriate stakeholders, including the Collection Team Leader and Marketing Team Head.
