Key Responsibilities
Monitor customer accounts and perform dunning and escalation
Analyze outstanding receivables and identify payment risks
Contact B2B customers via phone and email
Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with internal teams
Document collection activities in SAP and prepare basic Excel reports
