Cold Storage Supervisor

Our client is a proud supplier of high quality pork to the majority of production and retail outlets in the Western Cape. They are looking for a Cold Storage Supervisor to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Stock control from deboning department to freezers
• Stock control stock booked out from freezers to clients
• Daily livestock figures to management
• To assist with export documents when needed
• Ordering of materials (pallets, etc.)
• To ensure orders are accurate and complete communication to clients and Telesales in the event of shortages
• Be able to work in cold conditions (+5 to -25 degrees)
• Work overtime when needed
• Monthly stock take
• Financial year end stock take
• Time and attendance of employees in department
• Record keeping of all returns and the inspection of the quality of the returns in conjunction with the Quality Contro...
