• Salads and Cold Dishes: Preparing cold salads, dips, spreads, and dressings according to recipes or customer specifications.
• Plating and Presentation: Arranging ingredients attractively on plates or trays for serving, ensuring that they meet restaurant or catering presentation standards.
• Storage and Handling: Properly storing prepared ingredients and maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards to prevent contamination.
