Your Daily Brew:
Prepare and serve cold brew, iced, and blended beverages to Melbrew's quality standards.
Maintain consistency and care across every cup during every service.
Support and learn from senior baristas to sharpen your cold brewing technique and equipment knowledge.
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly - managing cold brew batches and hygiene standards.
Work closely with the cafe team to create a seamless experience for every guest.
Are You the One?
2+ years of barista experience, ideally with exposure to cold brew or speciality iced beverages
A genuine love for coffee; cold brew, flash brew, nitro, and everything in between.
