The Coil Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of heat exchanger coil manufacturing processes within a high-volume, climate-controlled production environment. This role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, and reliability across fin press operations, tube expansion, brazing, washing systems, and automated equipment, including Fanuc robotics and CNC tube benders. The Coil Engineer will support ongoing production, lead process improvements, and drive the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
