Position: Cocktail Server
Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager / Executive Chef, Bar Manager
Basic Job Functions:
As a Cocktail Server, your core responsibility will be to execute excellent guest service in our cocktail lounge space in accordance with the food and beverage standards. You are tasked with the knowledge of all things food and beverage as part of the team. This position has many opportunities for growth within the F&B team.Β An ideal Cocktail Server will be able to maintain poise and guest focus during periods of high volume, have excellent interpersonal skills and participate in the execution of award winning bar service.
