We’re opening our doors in November 2025, and this is your chance to join the founding team of one of the world’s most iconic cocktail bars — right here in Brisbane.

We’re looking for skilled, passionate Cocktail Bartenders who live and breathe great drinks, great service, and great energy.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience in a cocktail-led venue

  • Love for classic & modern techniques

  • Sharp service, strong teamwork, and calm under pressure

  • Availability for pre-opening training
