**Responsibilities:**


+ Properly prepare metal surfaces for powder coating (cleaning, masking, and pre-treatment)
+ Apply powder coatings using spray guns to ensure even coverage and smooth finishes
+ Inspect finished products to maintain high-quality standards
+ Rack, hang, and unload parts efficiently while preventing defects
+ Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting coating equipment
+ Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed
