Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering
• 7–15 years’ experience in coal processing or mineral plant operations
• Strong knowledge of coal beneficiation processes (DMS, flotation, screening, etc.)
• Experience with process control systems (SCADA/PLC)
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills
• Experience in production and cost optimisation in mining environments
