We are seeking coaches to join our team to support the Small Steps for Big Changes program. This program helps adults reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes through diet and exercise behaviour change. It offers evidence based, individualized exercise sessions and one-on-one behaviour change counselling. The sessions are designed to explore and support individuals' self-regulatory skills that enable life-long involvement in healthy lifestyle activities.
