Co-ordinator of Program Services

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Considerable knowledge of the principles of learning and behavior.
• Knowledge of ethical standards for the application of behavioral programs.
• Knowledge of a variety of functional and adaptive behavior and behavioral assessments.
• Knowledge of major trends and concepts with the field of intellectual disabilities.
• Experience and/or formal training in the design, application and supervision of developmental programs.
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Instructional and supervisory skills and skills in decision making.
• Ability to work independently with individuals and with groups.
• Health care related experience would be an asset.
• Valid Driver's License.
• CPR & First Aid.
• A criminal record check with vulnerable sector is required.
