**Job Overview**

Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc.

**Job Requirements**

+ Collecting, processing, verifying and reporting admin related-information to the vertical head.
+ Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and entry of information into databases; typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes, and presentations for staff.
+ Managing visitors and providing them relevant information.
+ Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up-to-date.
