As a UX Research & Experience Design Co‑Op within
Delta’s Flight Training Automation organization, you will support the design
and continuous improvement of crew training products. Over the course of three
alternating rotations, you will develop increasingly independent ownership
across UX research, workflow visualization, and experience design.

**Key Responsibilities**

**User Experience Research**

+ Assistwith user interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing acrosspilot and instructor training journeys.
+ Helpdevelop and analyze surveys, task observations, and benchmark studies toidentify training‑specific usability needs.
