Delta’s Flight Operations Project Development Office (PDO) is seeking an individual who is passionate about advancing technology applications and initiatives in support of 17,000+ pilots. The team evaluates current work processes to identify and recommend business opportunities. Additionally, the team works on technology solutions that align with senior leadership’s strategy to continuously improve the line pilot experience.

Within the Flight Ops Crew Technology department, the Co-op team works within the Project Development Office (PDO) with two full-time employees. The purpose of the PDO is to create value by assisting Flight Ops stakeholders to achieve business goals and ideate new processes, resulting in efficiency gains.
