一、学历与专业（通用）• 大学学历（专科或本科）• 优先：机械制造、数控技术、模具设计、机电一体化

二、工作经验（按岗位）• 3–5年CNC编程/操机经验，能做复杂零件/模具编程

三、核心技能1. 数控系统• 精通FANUC、西门子系统• 熟练G代码、M代码，会手工编程+自动编程2. CAD/CAM软件（至少1种精通）• 主流：UG(NX）精通• 加分：SolidWorks、Pro/E、CATIA

3. 工艺与加工能力• 看懂2D/3D图纸、形位公差，做工艺方案• 选刀、定切削参数（转速/进给/切深），适配铝、钢、铜、碳纤等• 优化刀路、模拟、防碰撞、控精度（±0.01mm级优先）• 首件试切、调机、现场排错4. 设备与协作• 会操作加工中心/铣床，懂工装夹具设计/调试
