A well-established engineering business in Verwood is looking to recruit a CNC Turner Setter to join a busy and well-organised machine shop. This is a hands-on role focused on setting and operating 2 and 3 axis CNC lathes, supporting production, and maintaining high quality standards across the shop floor.

The company is also happy to provide training on live and driven tooling, making this a great opportunity for a CNC Turner looking to further develop their technical skills within a stable and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set and operate 2 and 3 axis CNC turning machines
Prepare tooling and work holding using engineering drawings and job sheets
Adjust offsets, change tooling and inserts, and ensure machines are running efficiently
Carry out first-off inspections and accurate measurements using inspection equipment
Support production targets while maintaining high quality standards
