Job Description

Overview

Hire Resolve’s client in Heavy Engineering industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced CNC Team Leader to join their team in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor production rates and take the appropriate intervention when output does not meet set targets.
  • Ensure that production processes meet specified requirements.
  • To monitor production quality in accordance with Procedures and Work instructions and institute the necessary interventions to achieve the required quality.
  • To ensure that employees comply with safety instructions and regulations and correct any unsafe conditions.
  • To ensure that agreed standard of housekeeping is maintained.
  • Comfortable dealing with IR related issues.
  • To undergo any training as identified and deemed necessary to fulfill the above position.
